Supplier Onboarding

I redesigned the supplier onboarding process for a platform used by Network Managers to manage their networks of suppliers. The existing process was lengthy, disorganized, and unfamiliar to users, taking anywhere from a few weeks to, on average, several months to complete. As the primary designer on the project, I worked alongside product managers and development leads to streamline the process and provide Network Managers with the control they need.
